About Silver Key Transportation Services:
Providing the seniors of Colorado Springs with safe and reliable door through door service to ensure their continuing independence.
We provide service to:
- Medical appointments
- Grocery Shopping
- Personal business
- Meals with others

- Adult Daycare

Silver Key Transportation accommodates wheelchairs, those who have lift requirements, using a walker, oxygen or other needs.
We simply ask for four working days notice for all trips and for first time riders we ask that you get registered five working days in advance of any planned trips.
Who can ride with Silver Key Transportation?
- Seniors 60 and older
- Clients must live within the Colorado Springs area
- Must be registered with Silver Key Transportation

What to Know When You Schedule a Trip:
- First and Last Name
- Your phone number
- Home Address (street, apartment / suite number / unit number, zip code)
- Date and Time of Requested Ride
- Destination Address (name of location, street, suite / unit number)
- Destination Phone Number
Other helpful information such as Doctor's name or person you are meeting with and alternate contact information like mobile number or email.

Things to Remember...
1. We require four working days notice for all trips
2. We require one hour for transportation to your destination
For instance: 9:30 a.m. doctor's appointment,
we would pick you up at 8:30 a.m.
3. The driver has a fifteen minute window on either side of their pick up time
For instance: you have a scheduled 10:00 a.m. pick up,
the driver has from 9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. to get there
4. Rides are scheduled on the hour and half hour with no scheduled rides
between 11:30 and 12:00
5. Our first pick-up time is at 8:30 a.m. and the last pick-up is 4:00 p.m.,
unless the client is in a wheelchair, then the last pick-up will be at 3:30 p.m.
