Foot Care Clinic
Tri-Lakes Senior Center partners with the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association to offer Medical Foot Care clinics in the Tri-Lakes area. This service is helpful for those who have difficulty caring for their feet, whether it is because of flexibility limitations, low vision, or feet requiring extra attention. All care is provided by a registered nurse. This may be a plan benefit for some Kaiser members.

Foot Clinic services include:
- 30 minutes with a registered nurse
- Toenail clipping, trimming and filing
- Callous and corn buffing
- Circulation check
- Monofilament test
- Skin condition examination
- Pulse check in both feet
- Blood pressure
- Foot care education
- $55 per session
- Credit card preferred, and checks accepted. No cash please.

Total Body Fitness
Combines a variety of low-impact aerobics, strength training, flexibility and core conditioning. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa flowing style combines a powerful, energetic form of yoga designed to move from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to your movements. Suitable for all levels.
Tai Chi Fusion
Reduce stress and promote serenity through gentle, flowing movements and breathing. Often described as meditation in motion. Suitable for all levels.

A gentle, slower-moving traditional yoga class focusing on strength and alignment. Suitable for all levels
Low impact, varying intensity, but high on fun and fitness. This class is suitable for all levels.

Better Bones & Balance
A total body workout all from a chair. Light weights, bands and balls are used to build strength and endurance.. Some standing balance. Suitable for all levels.

Muscle conditioning class using a variety of equipment to build strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels.

A dynamic stretching and strengthening workout based on the long-running PBS fitness television show, "Classical Stretch."
Tai Chi Gong
Combines slow, deliberate movements, mediation, and breathing exercises. The postures flow together without pause making qi gong and tai chi look like slow, graceful dances.
