Fitness Classes

Staying active is important for maintaining quality of life as we age. Our fitness programs are designed to help you increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Seniors of all ability levels are welcome to join our classes.

Total Body Fitness

Combines a variety of low-impact aerobics, strength training, flexibility and core conditioning. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga

Vinyasa flowing style combines a powerful, energetic form of yoga designed to move from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to your movements. Suitable for all levels.

Tai Chi Fusion

Reduce stress and promote serenity through gentle, flowing movements and breathing. Often described as meditation in motion. Suitable for all levels.

Zumba Gold

A slightly easier Zumba format but by no means less fun! Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, slower-moving traditional yoga class focusing on strength and alignment. Suitable for all levels

Line Dancing

Low impact, varying intensity, but high on fun and fitness. This class is suitable for all levels.

Chair Yoga

Combined seated/standing yoga poses. Improves circulation and range of motion. Promotes stress reduction and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels.

Better Bones & Balance

A total body workout all from a chair. Light weights, bands and balls are used to build strength and endurance.. Some standing balance. Suitable for all levels.

Total Body Strength

Muscle conditioning class using a variety of equipment to build strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, balance, mobility and create a stronger mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels.

Tai Chi Gong

Combines slow, deliberate movements, mediation, and breathing exercises. The postures flow together without pause making qi gong and tai chi look like slow, graceful dances.
