Who can get meal delivery?
Anyone in the Pikes Peak region can enjoy our meal delivery service. Whether you’re looking for convenient nutrition, recovering from an illness, or simply want delicious meals without the prep work — there’s a place at our table for you. We serve both individual paying customers and qualifying seniors through our Meals on Wheels program.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Meals are $9.85 each if you’re paying privately, and we send you a simple monthly bill that you can pay online, by mail, over the phone, or with most credit cards. If you’re on a limited income, you may qualify for free or reduced-cost meals through our Meals on Wheels program. Not sure which option fits your situation? Just call us at 719-884-2300.
What if I’m not home when meals are delivered?
We understand life happens! Just give us a call at least 48 hours before your delivery day and we’ll work with you to reschedule or make other arrangements. Our volunteers want to make sure you get your meals when it’s convenient for you.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Some meals contain pork and we have substitutions available. We can also work with you on other dietary needs and allergies. Our registered dietitian is available for nutrition consultations at no charge — just ask when you call.
I received an invoice but thought my meals were free. Do I need to pay?
If you’re receiving income-based meals, that invoice is just a suggested donation — your meals will continue even if you can’t contribute. We never want financial concerns to prevent you from getting good nutrition.
I got a box of food with my meal delivery. Why?
As a subsidized food member, we provide emergency food boxes yearly in the case of us not being able to deliver due to inclement weather or other emergencies.
I am receiving subsidized meals, and I just got a box of food, why?
As part of our commitment to ensuring you always have good food available, we occasionally provide emergency food boxes when weather or other situations might affect regular deliveries. Consider it our way of making sure you’re always taken care of.
Can I pay upfront for multiple months?
Yes! Many people find it convenient to pay for several months at once. Just let us know when you call and we can set up whatever payment schedule works best for you.
