Amanda (“Amy”) Kloster, SHRM-CP, serves as the Manager of Human Resources at Silver Key Senior Services. Since joining the organization in 2022, Amy has been instrumental in enhancing HR processes, strengthening team engagement, and fostering a supportive, people-centered workplace culture.

Amy brings a strong background in recruitment along with experience in arts nonprofit management, allowing her to approach HR with both strategic focus and creative insight. She is passionate about continuously expanding her HR knowledge and applying new learnings to improve the employee experience and support Silver Key’s mission.

A firm believer in the power of empathy and curiosity, Amy sees travel as the ultimate way to understand what it means to be human. When she’s not deep in HR strategy, she can often be found with her head in a book- always learning, always exploring.
