The thrift store features a Home Medical Equipment Department to help seniors stay independent while at home. We offer many different types of clean, donated mobility aids for sale including: canes, walkers, shower chairs and wheelchairs.

Home Medical Equipment Department
The Silver Key Friends Thrift Store features a Home Medical Equipment Department to help seniors stay independent while at home. We offer many different types of mobility aids for sale including: canes, walkers, shower chairs and wheelchairs. All of the home medical equipment and supplies have been donated to Silver Key. We accept donations of most clean assistive home medical equipment, new or used, including: risers with or without arms, transfer benches and lift chairs. We regret that we cannot accept any oxygen equipment.

The Silver Key Friends Thrift Store welcomes your donations of clean, gently used items, including home medical equipment. Proceeds from the sale of your donated items help support the Silver Key mission.
The thrift store is open to the community! To keep our store well-stocked, we rely on your donations of a wide variety of merchandise - from jewelry and clothing to household items and small furniture, plus mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers. (Please note: we are not able to accept stuffed furniture or mattresses.)
When you're ready to donate an item, just stop by the Silver Key Friends Thrift Store, conveniently located at the north end of the Silver Key campus, and we'll provide you with a donation receipt. Shop while you're at the store and help support the services provided by Silver Key. Donate, shop, find, repeat!

How to Donate: Donations are accepted Monday - Saturday 9 am - 4 pm. For your donation, we are happy to provide you with a receipt for your records.
Items in need: We are always in need of gently used items including kitchen supplies, clothing and medical equipment.
Items not accepted: Sorry, but we are not allowed to accept televisions, stuffed furniture or mattresses.
