The Adopt-A-Route program provides an excellent way for companies, civic, and faith-based organizations to engage in community service.
Organizations have realized that when you give employees the opportunity to give back, they have a renewed appreciation for their jobs. From a recent survey, 86% of AAR employees think participation in this program increases their productivity and happiness in the workplace. Group volunteer activities naturally create a positive team-building experience. AAR partners offer peers time away from the office, to deliver mid-day meals while networking & team building.

How It Works
By sponsoring teams of employees as Adopt-A-Route volunteer drivers, you can make a huge difference in a critical area of need! Your company or group will become a valuable partner in addressing this large and significant community need.
- Designate an AAR leader to coordinate scheduling. We will work with teams to choose a route, pick up site closest to their location, day (Monday -Friday) and frequency (once a week, once every other week or once a month) to deliver.
- Engage teams of two for each day your team delivers.
- Set up an orientation session. A Silver Key MOW rep will provide one at your site or at our office.
- Begin to deliver and make a difference!
