Small Acts, Big Impact: Volunteer With Silver Key This November

Featured Volunteer Opportunities for November

We urgently need volunteers in the following roles. If you can commit to just one shift per week, your time will make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in our community.

  • Kitchen Prep for Home Delivered Meals

Weekdays, 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Help package meals for delivery through Meals on Wheels, Connection Cafés, and Grab & Go locations. Your support helps ensure hundreds of seniors receive nutritious meals each day.

  • Meals on Wheels Drivers

Weekdays, 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Deliver meals and a friendly smile to homebound older adults. This role is often the only in-person contact some clients receive each day.

  • Reserve & Ride Drivers

Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, 12:00-4:30 p.m.
Provide essential transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and other important destinations, helping older adults maintain their independence. Note: Drivers use a Silver Key vehicle
