Serving all of El Paso County — from Woodland Park to Calhan and the Tri-Lakes region in Monument to Fountain Valley — our Director of Activity Centers leads welcoming spaces that foster connection, wellness, and engagement for people of all ages. This role oversees Silver Key’s Activity Centers and Connections Café locations, creating opportunities for shared meals, social interaction, and meaningful programs that bring the community together. Together, these centers support independence, reduce isolation, and strengthen community across the region.

Cindy has 20+ years’ experience in project management, executive and senior staff support with a focus on the older adult population since moving to Colorado in 2015. Throughout her career, her concentration has been on customer support, data collection and reporting, process improvement, forms management, policies, and technical writing.

Cindy graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2007 from the University of Southern Maine. She enjoys spending time with her family here in Colorado Springs and she and her husband are avid dog lovers regularly fostering dogs in their home.
