Jason DeaBueno, MBA, LCSW
Jason DeaBueno, a Colorado Springs native, has been dedicated to Silver Key since 1982. From volunteering as a young adult to now leading as President and CEO, his journey has been marked by a commitment to improving seniors’ lives. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MBA, Jason is currently pursuing a doctorate, channeling his passion into a thesis that explores lightening the burden on loved ones by celebrating life.
Aaron Simeraro
Aaron Simeraro joins Silver Key with a background enriched by diverse experiences in operations management and leadership, Aaron’s arrival marks a significant milestone for our organization. His expertise spans both military and civilian sectors, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex logistical landscapes with finesse and precision.
Laurie Z. Wood
Laurie serves as Chief of Grants & Compliance for Silver Key. Laurie has over 40 years of experience in the human services and non-profit fields. An educator by training, she has taught preschool through college level courses. As an administrator, she has been the head of a middle school, and assistant superintendent here in El Paso County. Prior to coming to Silver Key, Laurie served for ten years as founder and director of Partners for Healthy Choices, the social service arm of Manitou Springs School District 14.
Colleen Pearl
In 2019, Colleen joined Silver Key as an accountant and has recently been promoted to the position of Controller. Her passion for information impelled her to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management, fostering a lifelong journey of learning.
Joanne Dreher
Joanne Dreher serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Silver Key Senior Services, a position she has held since September 2022. Her initial experience working with older adults’ dates back to the early 2000s, when she worked as an administrative assistant at an affordable senior housing facility.
Cindy Carvell, BA
Serving all of El Paso County — from Woodland Park to Calhan and TriLakes region in Monument to Fountain Valley— our Director of Community-Based Services leads programs that provide nourishment, connection, and support for people of all ages.
Adrienne Timmons
Adrienne Timmons currently serves as the Director of Healthcare Integration and Strategies with Silver Key Senior Services. Adrienne is responsible for guiding design of projects and efforts to ensure a pathway is made for Silver Key to maximize quality service delivery and resources.
Jamie Nowland, MSW
Jamie Nowland, MSW, is a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. With over two years of experience in the field, she has dedicated her career to serving older adults, specializing in gerontology.
Jayme Holligan, MSM-PM
Jayme A. Holligan serves as the Director of Volunteer Engagement and Community Relations. Jayme manages the Volunteer Engagement team that includes V.I.P. (Volunteer Impact Program) volunteers.
Brieana Weaver
Brieana serves as the Director of Retail Sales, overseeing the full operations of the organization’s two thrift stores with a vision to grow and expand their presence in the community. She is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience managing thrift stores, specializing in setting up new locations, streamlining operations, and providing consulting services to nonprofits aiming to diversify revenue through thrift store initiatives.
Angela McGuire
Angela McGuire is a creative professional with a background in interior design, marketing, and brand management. Originally from California and now based in Colorado, she combines her love of art and design with storytelling, while cherishing time with her husband and two children.
Amanda “Amy” Kloster
Amanda (“Amy”) Kloster, SHRM-CP, serves as the Manager of Human Resources at Silver Key Senior Services. Since joining the organization in 2022, Amy has been instrumental in enhancing HR processes, strengthening team engagement, and fostering a supportive, people-centered workplace culture.
Nicole Robinson
Nicole Robinson has called Colorado Springs home since 2006, where she and her husband raised a blended family of seven children. With just one still living at home, they’re nearly enjoying the quiet of an empty nest—though their three lively dogs keep things fun. On weekends, you’ll often find Nicole out walking the dogs or cooking up something for her family to enjoy.
