Adrienne Timmons currently serves as the Director of Healthcare Integration and Strategies with Silver Key Senior Services. Adrienne is responsible for guiding design of projects and efforts to ensure a pathway is made for Silver Key to maximize quality service delivery and resources. In this role, Adrienne establishes and develops strategy and implementation, both internally and externally, for senior service program expansion.  Adrienne works closely with Silver Key Senior Services leadership team to ensure the cohesive and quality delivery of services to clients and mission driven work of employees. Most recently, Adrienne’s work has been focused on further integrating services at the newest addition of the Silver Key site in the Monument, Tri-Lake’s area. Additionally, Adrienne is further developing a robust internship program providing student learners from many different schools the opportunity to learn while serving the senior population.

Adrienne began her social work career in 2006 and currently holds a BSW, MSW/LSW, and MBA. Adrienne has served the Colorado Springs community for 17 years as a social worker and within various roles in non-profit leadership. She has dedicated her career to moving quality care forward inside local community organizations.
