Brieana serves as the Director of Retail Sales, overseeing the full operations of the organization’s two thrift stores with a vision to grow and expand their presence in the community. She is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience managing thrift stores, specializing in setting up new locations, streamlining operations, and providing consulting services to nonprofits aiming to diversify revenue through thrift store initiatives.

Before joining Silver Key, she launched new stores and programs for Habitat for Humanity and The Arc in California and Oregon. Her deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies enables her to optimize operations and maximize impact. Brieana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on marketing, and combines her academic background with hands-on expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership. Committed to community service and social responsibility, Brieana continually seeks innovative ways to enhance thrift store operations and their contribution to the community.

Outside of work, Brieana enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three young children, enriching her life with cherished family moments and traveling.
