Care Management

We provide a variety of services to people 60 years of age and over with the support of a Care Manager. We assist seniors and families throughout the aging process;  coordinating services and collaborating with many different agencies in El Paso County.  More»

Nutrition

Provide seniors with food assistance through the Meals on Wheels Program, the federal (CSFP) Commodity Supplemental Food Program and an on site Emergency Food Pantry provides one-time assistance for seniors who risk going hungry.  More»

Transportation

Transportation

Rides for seniors to medical appointments, shopping and recreation. Colorado Springs seniors receive door-through-door service. Transportation can accomodate wheelchairs, those who have lift requirements, use a walker, oxygen, or other needs.  More»

Silver 'n Such is the retail store for your donations of clothing and household items.  We also have a variety of durable medical equipment available to purchase. More»
