Dayton Romero Promoted to Director of Senior Assistance Programs
Dayton joined Silver Key in 2015 and holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Gerontology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He is responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of the following departments and programs: Case management, Guardianship, Silver Key SOS, Food Pantry & Commodity Food Programs, and Information & Referral. He also acts as guardian to court-appointed wards, and develops partnerships and collaboration with community partners. Dayton has a strong technological knowledge and serves as Silver Key’s Senior Assistance data base administrator and data analyst. Dayton also actively represents Silver Key in the following roles: Co-Chair of the Pikes Peak Elder Abuse Coalition, member of the steering committee of the Colorado Coalition for Elder Rights & Abuse Prevention, and a member of the El Paso County Adult Protection Team.
